These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of No Contact (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
No Contact is operated by Approtic Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"). If you have questions, write to abhinay@approtic.in.
The App is a self-help tool to support people going through breakups or maintaining no-contact periods. It offers an AI coach, journaling, lesson content, an urge-interceptor flow, and related features.
The App is not:
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you're between 16 and 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission.
The App offers subscriptions via Apple's In-App Purchase:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited if you start a paid subscription early.
Refunds are processed by Apple per their App Store policy. If you contact us within 3 days of a charge, we will recommend Apple approve your refund.
You own everything you create in the App — journal entries, red flags, Vault uploads, letters, chat history. We have a limited license to store and display it only so you can use the App. We will never sell, share, or repurpose your content. See the Privacy Policy for storage details.

The Sage AI coach generates responses dynamically. We try hard to make those responses safe, accurate, and helpful, but they are produced by a machine-learning model and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of context. Do not rely on Sage for legal, medical, psychiatric, financial, or safety decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for those.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will achieve any particular emotional or psychological outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to your home jurisdiction.
