How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → tap NoContact Pro → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

I cancelled but I'm still being charged.

App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. If you cancel after the renewal window, the next period is already locked in. Contact Apple Support for a refund — they usually grant first-time refunds within 14 days.

I want to delete my account and all my data.

In the app: Settings → Privacy & Data → "Delete my account". This permanently wipes your journal entries, Sage chat history, Evidence Vault uploads, and account record. We cannot recover anything after this — please export your data first if you want a copy.

I want a copy of all my data.

In the app: Settings → Privacy & Data → "Export my data". You'll get a JSON file with everything you've written.

Sage isn't responding or gives weird answers.

Sage is powered by AI and isn't perfect. If responses feel off, try rephrasing, or tap the "Direct" persona at the top of the Sage tab. If something feels genuinely harmful, email us at the address above — we read every report.
